This Privacy Policy explains MyTravel’s policy in the collection and processing of your Personal Data including the use of such data, as well as other important matters related to your privacy and Personal Data. MyTravel collects and processes Personal Data in accordance with the PDPA.

Personal Data	any information in relation to commercial transactions relating directly or indirectly to you, and capable of identifying you as an individual, whether processed wholly or partly by means of equipment operating automatically, or processed manually and recorded as part of a relevant filing system.
PDPA	means the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010
Services	means the information and networking services of an online platform focused on local travel and tourism that connects Customers with My Travel Expert (M) Sdn. Bhd. and vice versa, that enables Customers to gain access to the MyTravel Services, and to avail themselves of the services provided by My Travel Expert (M) Sdn. Bhd. .
MyTravel	means My Travel Expert (M) Sdn. Bhd.
My Travel Expert (M) Sdn. Bhd.	means MyTravel Services creators who provide to the Customers MyTravel Services.
Customer	means any person who is a Member or who accesses the Websites and/or uses the Services, MyTravel Services and/or engages the services of My Travel Expert (M) Sdn. Bhd. through the Services
MyTravel Services	means information regarding My Travel Expert (M) Sdn. Bhd., their contact details, services and recommendations, local destinations, activities, itineraries, travel facilities,tours and services provided by My Travel Expert (M) Sdn. Bhd..
Member	means a person registered as a member with MyTravel, whether as a Customer or a MyTravel Expert.
Websites	means MyTravel.com.my or any of them, or any other related websites owned and operated by MyTravel
you, your	means either Member, Customer or MyTravel Expert or all of them, as the context requires

When you interact with us through the Websites or through any other means, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below. The collection and processing of Personal Data may be obligatory for purposes of providing you with our Services and assistance. Personal Data That You Provide Through the Websites

We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information such as when you register with us as a member of MyTravel, to have access to our Services, use certain Services, or contact us for inquiries.
